    I would not recommend anyone even bother when you are force to wait 10 working days for your mower to be serviced you then get a bill for $105 only to go home start the thing have it run for 2 minutes you suddenly get curious WTF did they do? I dropped it off with a full tank of fuel the same fuel it has always run on which by the way also runs in the other mower & wiper snipper there is no evidence of a tool even been near the Carby so I took it back now they claim I have diesel in the tank “ whatever I brought this in to be serviced so fix it” WTF 10 minutes later while I am waiting its brought out empty of fuel again & all I heard dur in my waiting period was compressed air being blown through it. these Guys Now want another $55 that by the way is un ethical in my trade More so than selling a wiper snipper with a imitation Honda motor that is actually an inferior Copy of a Honda with no Compliance labels or stickers & I would just about guarantee the piston would not have much of a service life nor would you have any warrantee from Honda, But come on! its priced at nearly full retail of a genuine Honda, I advised them that I would not be doing any further business with them over this, they stated "We are not a charity" & I responded I’m not a charity organization that throws money around for being unconvinced & ripped off either. On arriving home with my mower the oil was only filled to the lower add oil level, not the recommended upper level, recommended by the manufacturer which is even clearly shown with pictures so any idiot can read it. Might I add a NEW Mower from Aldi is $139 these, thieves have charged me $160 and totally siphoned my tank twice as well as abused me & treated me like an idiot after clearing a blockage with an air hose twice. then to still have the same issue again it ran once this time fine but wouldn't restart again after I turned it off to answer my mobile. I have then Given Torquepower Husqvarna in Howitt st Wendouree ago at it, they verified that it had not been serviced & rebuilt the Carby $88, later I now have my Mower Back & running like a dream.

    I took my lawn mower in for a service. They said that the engine was blown up with no compression and proceeded to show me around their display to entice me to buy a new lawn mower. They became quite rude when I said there was nothing wrong with my lawn mower and refused to buy a brand new one. A friend found that the carburettor was clogged with gunk and it just needed to be cleaned out.

    We have had a terrible time with these guys. We got the mower fixed before Christmas and the next time we used it, it died again. Not only that, but the wait was a few weeks, and we asked them to give us a call when they knew what the problem was and how much it would cost us so we could make sure we had the cash. They didn't, they were clearly excited they had got it done before the quoted time, and were very rude when we were not happy when they had "decided what we were able to spend" getting it fixed. Communication and workmanship is appalling. And this is the second time we have got treated like this (and had the mower die not long after they had "fixed" it). Never again.
